1. Who processes your data

The data controller is the AvtoHub service administration. Contact us about personal data at support@avto-hub.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email, first and last name, profile photo, phone (if you provide it), language, currency and notification settings. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo from Google.

Listings: vehicle details, VIN, photos, price, city, seller name and phone — public while the listing is active (phone and VIN only if you allow them to be shown).

Chat messages between buyers and sellers, favourites, saved searches, notifications.

Technical data: push notification tokens (if enabled), device and browser information, IP address, usage events for analytics.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service: sign-in, listings, search, chats, notifications (contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For security and to prevent fraud and rule violations (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To analyse and improve the site using Google Analytics for Firebase (legitimate interest, or your consent where required by law).

Marketing messages only with your consent — you can switch them off in Settings at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Other users see the data in your active listings and your chat messages with them.

Infrastructure: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) — authentication, database (EU region, Warsaw), photo storage, cloud functions, push notifications, analytics. Some data (photos, analytics) may be processed in the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Public authorities — only where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, listings, photos, favourites and saved searches are deleted immediately; backups and logs within up to 30 days.

Chat messages may remain visible to the other participant where needed to protect their rights.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in and to remember your language and theme. Google Analytics for Firebase uses its own identifiers for visit statistics.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent.

Most data can be changed in your profile and settings, and the account can be deleted in Settings. For other requests write to support@avto-hub.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl); in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Children

The service is not intended for people under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy and will announce material changes on the site.
