Terms of Use

1. About the service

AvtoHub lets you publish listings for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles, search listings, save favourites and message sellers and buyers.

AvtoHub is not a party to transactions between users, does not buy or sell vehicles, does not inspect their technical or legal condition and gives no warranties about them.

Using the service is currently free of charge.

2. Account

To publish listings and send messages you need an account (email or Google). You must be at least 16 years old.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. Please provide accurate information.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings — your listings, photos, favourites and saved searches are deleted with it.

3. Listing rules

One listing — one vehicle you are entitled to sell (as the owner, an authorised person or a dealer).

Listing information must be true and current: make, model, year, mileage, condition, accident history and price. Do not hide known material defects.

Use only your own photos of this vehicle, or photos you have permission to use. Photos must not contain contact details, links or third-party advertising.

Contact details belong only in the “Seller contacts” section, not in the description or photos.

4. Prohibited

Listing stolen vehicles, vehicles with forged documents or VIN, or any other unlawful listings.

Publishing false, misleading or duplicate information, or misleading buyers about price or condition.

Spam, requesting prepayment or deposits before an inspection, fraud, or abusing other users.

Harvesting other users’ data, interfering with the service, or using automated tools without our permission.

5. Moderation

We may edit, hide or remove listings or messages that breach these Terms or the law and, for serious or repeated breaches, restrict or block the account.

If you believe a listing breaks the law or your rights, write to us and we will review the report.

6. Safe deals

Please do not pay a deposit or prepayment before inspecting the vehicle and its documents in person.

Check the VIN on the vehicle against the documents and, where possible, have the vehicle inspected independently.

Descriptions are statements by sellers, not the result of an AvtoHub inspection.

7. Content rights

You keep the rights to your texts and photos. By publishing them you grant AvtoHub a free, non-exclusive licence to store, process (including compress) and display that content within the service while the listing is published.

AvtoHub’s design, logo and software belong to the service owners.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, AvtoHub is not liable for listing content, users’ actions or the outcome of deals between them.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will announce material changes on the site in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
